Gangnam
south of the Han RiverGangnam is home to Seoul's biggest and most polished Latin clubs. Easier to navigate for visitors staying south of the river, and generally draws a slightly more advanced crowd.
Latin A Class
📍 9 Teheran-ro 6-gil, Gangnam-guLargest Latin club in Korea. Three halls across two basement floors, capacity ~1,000. All four styles played nightly.
TURN Latin Club
📍 17 Yeoksam-ro 3-gil B1, Gangnam-guOpen since 2005 — one of the oldest Latin clubs in Seoul. Strong On2 salsa culture. Great DJs.

Hongdae
near Hongik University StationHongdae is the nightlife heartbeat of Seoul — more venues, a younger crowd, and the clubs stay open later. Most venues are within a 10-minute walk of Hongik University Station (Line 2).
Seoul's oldest Latin venue (est. 1999). Large dance floor, inclusive community, all levels welcome.
HongTurn
📍 199-3 Donggyo-dong, Mapo-guHavana-style interior. Resident DJ Ricky on Sundays. Busiest venue in Hongdae on weekends.
One of the most consistent venues with 60–100+ regulars. Classes at 7:30 PM before the social. Friday is dedicated kizomba & tarraxo — best kizomba night in Seoul.
Latin Club Sol
📍 34 Wausan-ro 21-gil, Mapo-gu50/50 salsa and bachata split. The floor fills after midnight — peak dancing is 12 AM – 3 AM on Saturdays.
Salsa-dominant playlist — rare in Seoul where bachata usually dominates. Second-round venue for the salsa crowd after main clubs close.
Zouk
Tips for visitors
- 💳Entrance fees are 10,000–15,000 KRW (~$7–11), usually including one drink.
- 🕙Floors fill after 10 PM. After-hours second-round starts midnight–2 AM.
- 📅Best nights: Friday and Saturday everywhere. Sunday is strong at Bonita and HongTurn specifically.
- 🌍Many venues have English-speaking staff or instructors — the scene is welcoming to foreigners.
